San Antonio de los Cobres is a small town of population 5,482  in northwestern Argentina. It is the capital of the Los Andes Department of the Salta Province. Year of visit-2019.

This place is known for its graveyard of old railway engines & bogies.

'Compulsory physical castration, whipping & circulation of photo of the rapist on tv/media'...suggests K J S Chatrath

  Unending news of rapes is shocking. My suggestion would be to award the following punishment to the person found guilty of rape by a court of law:   (i) Compulsory Physical castration (ii) Compulsory Whipping (iii) Circulation of the photo in media and TV of the man castrated for rape    Necessary amendments to the law could be made including (i) No adjournment to be allowed while the case is being heard and (ii) setting up of a time limit for completing the case.
