I visited Medelin in Colombia a few years back. This town had hosted a Cow Parade public art event where local artists decorated life-sized, fiberglass cow statues. The cows were displayed across the city, including InterContinental Medellín . They serve as colorful canvases for the region's creativity rather than being permanent city fixtures
